The service you will receive from HandyGirl will be impeccable from the first contact through to your final invoice.

  • We will arrange a mutually agreeable time to visit you and conduct the initial assessment and quotation. We will arrive for the quote promptly, with ID to prove who we are, and in the business car so we're easily identifiable. We are happy to offer free advice on any aspects of the work (including recommending other reputable tradespeople we know, including Corgi Registered plumbers, Qualified electricians etc). The quote will then be delivered to you promptly (usually within 24 hours) either via email or in the post - whichever is your preference. With the quote we will send you an idea of timescales, indicating when we are available to commence the work, and how long the job should take.

  • When you instruct us to schedule the work, and send us your deposit, we will confirm the exact dates we will be with you, and also provide you with a day by day work schedule, so you can see what we will be doing when. Past customers have told us this in invaluable in minimising the disruption to them, and in helping them plan accordingly. If you have a preference in terms of the order of the work we do (one room before another for example) then we will accomdate this into the schedule.

  • We will pick up all the necessary materials and equipment required for the job, and bring them with us on the first day. There is no charge whatsoever for this service - and all materials are invoiced to you at cost price.

  • We will arrive punctually on day one of the job. We work from 9am to 5pm with short breaks. We do not take cigarette breaks or feeling a bit lazy breaks! We work hard all day, and don't waste time.
